He has created hundreds of symbols and drawings, which he claims to have received from extraterrestrial sources. The Ancient Pleiadian Alphabet, one of his creations, is the most widely known alphabet for the Pleiadian race on Earth.

Billy Meier was born on September 3rd, 1935, in Muensterwalde, Germany. At the age of five, he began to develop strong psychic abilities and at six, he started to receive messages from an elderly Pleiadian man called "Sfath" and another entity called "Asket" who was not Pleiadian. These contacts continued for many years until Sfath's death in 1953 and Asket's disappearance in 1964. In 1975, the contacts began again as he started to receive messages from another Pleiadian called "Semjase", Sfath's granddaughter, and a Pleiadian man called "Ptaah" along with other entities.
