Shipping Times
Please allow 7-21 days for items to arrive. Due to Covid-19 logistical delays worldwide, shipping times may often take 2-3 weeks and longer for orders USA & International. 


All orders received are sent to Printful fulfillment centers around the world, where they are meticulously fulfilled (printing + shipping). After fulfillment, they are promptly and safely shipped to the buyer. The timing involved in this unique process varies from product to location of the buyer. Typical order and shipment times vary from 7 days to 21 days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the buyer when the package leaves fulfillment at any of Printful’s headquarters located around the world.

Items often ship separately depending upon item types. For example, when purchasing a poster and a t-shirt, the poster will often arrive first in a long cardboard tube, whereas the t-shirt will arrive in a padded envelope a few days later. Depending on variety of items purchased (posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc), each item type will arrive separately from different fulfillment centers around the world, nearest to buyer's location. Please wait for all items to arrive within normal delivery times before inquiring the whereabouts of each item purchased.

Refund Policy
All of our products at the present time are printed on demand by a 3rd party vendor. As such, we cannot offer returns on the sole basis of a customer’s dissatisfaction with their purchase.

 

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in any way, you may request a refund or a replacement by contacting lunarmagick.xyz@gmail.com
 
You will be required to email photographic evidence of the product you received and any defective areas on the item that is the basis for your claim. Our vendor will have the final say as to whether your product is legitimately defective or not. A refund or full replacement of the damaged item will be given as an option to the buyer.
 
Lunar Magick, UK has vetted samples of all the products sold on this site, but since we do not print or ship the actual products sent to our customers, we cannot guarantee that the exact product your receive will meet our highest quality standards.
 
We will do our absolute best to work with you and our vendor to ensure that you eventually receive a product that meets our standards.
 
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
You are not required to return your product if you receive a product that you can prove to be defective. You will either be refunded, or your order will be replaced.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Once you provide evidence of a defective purchase, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying shipping costs on replacement products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
